TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For
Riding Schools Participating in
“IPRASM”
FOR SCHOOLS NOT APPROVED BY A NATIONAL FEDERATION OR GOVERNING BODY
- Schools must agree to the requirements for “IPRASM” assessors as shown on the “IPRASM” website for individuals and non approved schools.
- May buy “IPRASM” packs to resell to clients but will not have their logo shown on the test cards or certificates.
- Schools who opt to do their own printing from electronic files supplied by “IPRASM” will be supplied with test cards and certificates without logos other than the “IPRASM” logo. If in the future those schools gain approval they will have to purchase a new set of master copies.
- Schools who opt to do their own printing from electronic files supplied by “IPRASM” must only print test cards and certificates on card of a minimum quality of 300 gsm silk.
- Schools who opt to do their own printing from electronic files supplied by “IPRASM” must supply clients with an “IPRASM” folder to contain all of the test cards. These can be supplied by us or schools may make their own arrangements.
- Schools must sell “IPRASM” packs complete, i.e. 14 test cards and a folder. Test cards are not to be sold separately.
- Schools may only use the “IPRASM” logo on internal “on site” advertising materials. They may not use the “IPRASM” logo on any external advertising of any type including websites.
- Schools must keep a data base of all clients who are participating in “IPRASM” and must keep a record of all certificates that are issued.
- Records must be made available to “IPRASM” if requested.
- Schools may only sell “IPRASM” packs at the recommended price and will be notified as and when the recommended price is increased.
- Schools may distribute the password for the learning support section of the “IPRASM” website to their clients.
- Participating schools will be notified by email each time the password is updated.
- Schools must accept that if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions, they will be listed as “No longer able to participate in “IPRASM” on the “IPRASM” website.
- Schools must accept that ticking the box on the “IPRASM” application form clearly states that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
